In 2015 after months of planning, admove was founded by Charlie Green and Mike Chung operating from a spare bedroom in one of their parents’ houses. Day after day flyers and letters were hand delivered to make sure everyone knew what they had to offer and that they had arrived. After months of hard work and persistence, property listings were gained, great service was delivered and their bright boards rapidly spread around the local areas.
Over the years the company has gone from strength to strength and now has two offices based in Lymm and Altrincham with a vision to open many more in the near future.
The estate agency market is evolving rapidly as the internet is now such a powerful tool with almost all house hunters now starting their journey online. Although we are often defined as an 'online agent', we class ourselves as a ‘hybrid agent’ placing us in between the low cost online services and the traditional and sometimes very expensive high street agents.
We live and breathe new technology taking away any unnecessary baggage, keeping our costs low and passing the savings on to you. Our selling and letting packages have been carefully tailored to cater for every client’s individual needs, offering a full traditional agency service at a fraction of the price.
We advertise on some of the biggest and most popular portals, including Rightmove and OnTheMarket.com, which combined have over 100 million visits per month.
In 2017 we won the following British Property GOLD awards; Warrington, Cheshire, North overall and we were shortlisted in the Top Five Estate Agents in the UK which is something we are really proud of.
