A percentage of the final selling price with a full agency service and accompanied viewings. Your fee is only payable once your sale has completed.

Legal requirements

1. Energy performance certificates are legally required whenever a property is advertised for sale or rent. Admove can arrange this for you giving you one less thing to worry about. The cost of this would be £95.

2. Due to the anti money laundering legislation, a copy of photo ID (passport ideally) will be needed along with proof of ownership. Please have this ready when our representative visits your property.
